Our 45-minute Qigong class focuses on the ancient Chinese practice of aligning breath, movement, + awareness for exercise, healing, + meditation. Think of it as the original "mind-body workout" that's been around for thousands of years, long before yoga or Pilates were even a twinkle in some dude's third eye. It's like a superpower, but instead of flying or shooting lasers, you learn to harness + control your energy.
