Francesca Valarezo is a yoga, breathwork, sound facilitator + shamanic journey guide with over 12 years of experience teaching + guiding group + private practices. Originally from Ecuador, Francesca's desire to heal led her to train in yoga therapeutics, Katonah yoga, breathwork, Reiki, shamanism, + recently complete her 100 hour sound meditation training. She is a natural seeker + specializes in a holistic approach, incorporating her life experience + her in-depth training across all yogic + healing principles to create an environment for transformation.
