Starting October 3rd Thursdays 4 P.M.Sundays 11 A.M. A 30-minute mindfulness moment with sound for you + your child. Our comfy + cozy space, filled with soft mats and snuggly blankets, is the perfect opportunity to introduce mindfulness to your kids in a warm environment that offers a sense of discovery + stillness. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Age Guidance: 6 to 12 years Price includes one parent or guardian + one child: $55 Additional child guest space can be purchased separately at $28 per child - please call to book. What to Expect:+ 30-minute immersive sound experience for kids + parents.+ Introduction to the ways sound + vibration can create moments of calm + restfulness.+ Practitioners offer guidance on listening for specific sounds + tones from a variety of instruments.+ Tactile experiences to feel sound as vibration.+ Opportunities for children to create sound themselves.+ Each child will be able to snuggle with a Bearaby Bearabuddy weighted stuffed animal for extra calming comfort during the class.
