Do you accept returns?
Sage + Sound accepts returns/ exchanges on all unopened products within 15 days of purchase for a full refund to the initial form of payment. Please reach out to us at info@sage-sound.com for more information and/or to initiate your return or exchange. Shipping charges incurred for returning any items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are near our flagship location, you may bring in the item you wish to return within 15 days of the day it was received.

THE STUDY
What is The Study?
The Study is a dedicated space offering classes, workshops, and experiences designed to support your mental and emotional wellbeing. Understanding ourselves is a core part of living our fullest lives. The Study is just that: A space for self-discovery.
Where is the The Study?
The Study lives within our larger Sage + Sound space at at 1481 3rd Ave.
What happens in The Study?
Throughout the day, The Stuy offers daily meditation, breathwork and soundbath classes. Weekly, you'll find self-discovery classes on relationships, parenting, spirituality, as well as special guest speakers and community gatherings.
What kind of classes do you offer?
The Study offers classes and workshops in mindfulness and meditation, as well as experiences including soundbaths, tea ceremonies, and more.
What do I wear?
There’s no wrong way to arrive to The Study. Certain experiences (soundbaths. breahthwork, and tea ceremonies, for example) require you to remove your shoes, so please come prepared with socks.
I'm a beginner, do I need to have any experience for the classes?
The Study is for all levels. We will meet you where you are within each class.
Who are the practitioners?
The Study practitioners are leaders in their fields: certified coaches, internationally renowned personalities and experts.
Who can come to The Study?
Anyone with a desire to understand themselves better and come together with a community, and explore new ways of managing life with practical tools and more joy.

How much is each class and do I need to buy a series?
Classes range from $25 - $55. You also may purchase a package for a discounted rate.
If a class is full, is there a waitlist?
We encourage you to sign up for the waitlist for classes that are full. Should we receive a cancellation, the next person on the wait list will be bumped in. By putting yourself on the waitlist, you are agreeing to keep an eye on your reservation via your email, where you'll be notified. You are responsible for verifying if you have been added to the class.
What is your class cancellation policy?
If you do not cancel within the 24 hour window before class starts, or do not show up for a pre-registered class, you will be charged for the class in full.
All unlimited package holders are subjected to a $20 no-show fee and a $10 late cancel fee if class cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours.

If I miss my class, do I get a refund?
You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to classes at no penalty.

Can I bring my kids?
We love your children! Sage + Sound is kid-friendly, but the responsiblity for watching your little one's is entirely on you. We do not have services and/or employees dedicated to supporting childcare at this time.
