You'll rest comfortably while your practitioner guides you through an immersive journey of sound using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. Many guests leave feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and restored.

At Sage + Sound, we use the term Sound Experience because every session is unique. While some experiences are deeply restorative, others may be more energizing, meditative, or immersive depending on the practitioner, instruments, and intention. We believe each experience is an opportunity for personal restoration and discovery.

No experience is necessary. Sound Experiences are welcoming to everyone and require nothing more than arriving with an open mind.

Sound Experiences may help reduce stress, support relaxation, improve sleep, promote mental clarity, and encourage nervous system regulation.

Yes. Sound Experiences are generally appropriate during pregnancy. Please let your practitioner know before class so they can help ensure you're comfortable throughout the experience.

Yes. Private Sound Experiences are available for individuals, couples, families, corporate groups, celebrations, and special occasions.
