Designed to reconnect you to your body through breath, alignment, and control, each session draws from the original method of Joseph Pilates to support strength, flexibility, injury prevention, and improved balance and posture.
Your experience concludes with a 20-minute infrared sauna session, available immediately after class, offering space to unwind, reset, and restore.
