Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative yoga practice that soothes the nervous system, supports fascia release, and replenishes your energy.
This semi-private class offers an opportunity to pause, breathe, and restore—creating space for deep rest across your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies.

What You’ll Experience:

Breathwork (Pranayama): Begin with gentle breathwork exercises to cultivate presence and reconnect with your life force.

Restorative Yoga & Somatic Healing: Settle into supportive postures that relax the body, open the joints, and promote deep tissue release.

Hands-On Reiki: Francesca will offer hands-on Reiki while you rest in the stretches, enhancing energy flow and balance.

Extended Savasana: The practice concludes with a long, grounding savasana to leave you feeling clear, supported, and deeply nourished.
