This mix of calcium-rich Himalayan salt, sea salt, and Epsom salt—magnesium-rich and historically used for sleep and muscle recovery—helps to relax and restore. Infused with smooth, meditative amethyst to reset spiritually, it’s enhanced with calming juniper berry, bergamot, and clary sage, while lavender buds harmoniously relax the mind and body for a restorative night’s sleep.

Amethyst: A soothing stone, promoting meditation and relaxation, helping to calm the mind and spirit. Each crystal is intentionally charged with Reiki energy, hand-blended on the full moon, and infused over one complete lunar cycle.

How to Use

Add a generous handful under warm running bath water and allow to dissolve
Soak for 20–30 minutes
The amethyst crystal can be placed in the bath or on the side of the bath
Rinse off or pat dry after bathing
Use 2–3 times per week
Take extra care when exiting as bath may be slippery
