How to Use

Directions: Add 2 tsp (6 g) to a hot or cold drink of your choice. Take up to a maximum of 2 servings daily.
Liquid first: add the collagen to your liquid, not the other way around.
Warm over cold: while collagen works in cold drinks, it dissolves more easily in warm liquids.
Pour from a height: this helps the powder disperse and dissolve better.
Resist the urge to stir: let the powder sink and dissolve on its own to avoid clumps – about 30 seconds should do it. Use this time for a few deep, mindful breaths. For frothy drinks, you may need to wait a little longer, but it will eventually settle.
