How to Use

Wash face and make sure roller is clean before starting
Apply 2–3 drops of your favorite oil or serum to face and neck
Starting at the neck, pull upward with gentle pressure
Place roller under chin and lift
Work upward across cheeks, forehead, and brows using upward, outward strokes
Roll for 3–8 minutes
For lymphatic drainage, roll toward the ear then downward to the collarbone
Safe to use daily for normal skin; start 2–3x/week for sensitive skin
Do not use on broken, infected, or irritated skin
