Peekay’s Calm Down is for the person who is just so stressed they are “tired but wired”, can’t sleep, overwhelmed, having anxiety or panic attacks, trying to avoid or tapering off prescription sleep, anxiety or pain meds. Especially for people with a high stress job, social anxiety, for parents…anyone who would benefit from a seriously calming, grounding & nourishing formula.

How To Use

As low as 1 Teaspoon (5 droppers full / 5ml) per day for small and sensitive individuals. As high as 2 Tablespoons (30 droppers full / 30ml) per day for larger and robust individuals experiencing acute and severe symptoms.
