A special selection of herbs to help aid and support the induction and depth of sleep. Sleep patches can support insomnia or poor sleeping habits. Herbs such as wild jujube seed, coix seed & polygala are selected for their ability to calm the mind and help induce sleep.

Adults and Children above 12 years of age: can be applied nightly. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.

Use this product only as directed. This product is for external use only. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. When using please ensure that you avoid contact with the eyes and nose. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients or suffer with skin sensitivity it is recommended that you consult a physician in advance of use.

How To Use

Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed. Try leaving your phone off in another room. Pick up a (real) book. No Telly. Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above. Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning. After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs. Enjoy a more peaceful sleep!
