The Body Brush No. 2

• Before you begin, activate your lymph nodes (underarms, groin, stomach, knees, ankles) with light pressure for a few seconds on each area.
• Brush on dry skin, ideally in the morning before showering. Use light strokes moving up the body, without pressing. Start at the extremities feet and hands then work gradually up toward the heart.
• Three to five minutes are enough for a complete ritual.
• Afterward, extend this moment of care with a shower, followed by your moisturizer.
• After each use, remove any residue by gently tapping the brush against a flat, hard surface. Avoid contact with water when cleaning, and store your brush in a dry place to preserve its quality.
