How To Use

Before hopping into the shower, move the Dry Brush over dry skin in short gentle strokes or in circular motions. Always begin at your feet and make your way up your body— working closer and closer to the heart. Step into a warm shower or bath to fully open up your pores and wash away anything dry brushing sloughed off. After you dry off, apply the Body Stone while your skin is still warm.
