"Wellness has been a big part of my life since I was a teenager struggling with debilitating GI upset and allergies," Tonya Papanikolov, founder and CEO of Rainbo tells us. "I am where I am, doing what I’m doing because of the health journey I’ve been on and my commitment and quest to find answers/tools that would work!"
Tonya took an early interest in food and nutrition, which ultimately led her to study Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences and eventually Holistic Nutrition and eastern traditional modalities. "Before Rainbo I was seeing holistic nutrition clients [one on one] and doing lots of education-based work."
Now, Tonya runs Rainbo full-time, making wellness practically her entire life.

Here, she shares her morning and evening must-have's.
Rainbo 11:11 and Lion’s Mane
I wake up excited to drink my morning tonic latte, which is typically matcha with our 11:11 and Lion’s Mane, but I switch my mushrooms up based on my needs and my day. I always have a homemade nut/seed/oat milk ready in the fridge and add other functional ingredients like maca, ashwagandha, pearl, collagen, vanilla and anything else my spirit is feeling called to that day.
It really has gotten easier with time. I love starting my day this way and it’s more of a feat of the mind than anything else. But it’s also great for your hormones, skin, immunity, circulation and alertness. A few times a week I start with a Dry Skin Brush followed by a layer of hemp seed oil (or any oil) on my body -- then I jump into the cold shower and it really enlivens the experience!
I wear this SPF everyday -- summer to winter! The texture is really nice and has a great matte finish on the skin. It’s plant-based, vegan ingredients, mostly organic ingredients with nourishing antioxidants for the skin.
I make sure I’m set up for my day with 2-3L of purified water, I love the Berkey water filter systems. One of the best investments I’ve made! Sometimes I’ll add some lemon juice and/or Chlorophyll to my water bottle for some liver supportive oomph.
Seed Daily Synbiotic - gut health largely dictates overall health and this has always been a big focus for me given my history. I love Seed’s rigorous scientific approach and this product has really supported me.
8ml in water before bedtime to help with stress, adaptation and sleep! I make a shot in water for myself and for my partner.
Moon Juice Magnesi-Om
I love magnesium and this one is delicious and works! Great for the adrenals and managing stress as well as gut and brain health.
It’s life changing! A deep breath can change your whole physiology. It helps you take long, deep, relaxing breaths to stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system after a long day. I actually keep it beside my desk and inhale from it throughout the day. I add different essential oils, peppermint and eucalyptus being favourites.

They’re OGs on the astrology scene. I love reading today’s astrological influences as well as the long term influences -- I schedule dates into my calendar around when to sign contracts/when not to and also use it for product launches and all sorts of areas of my life and work.
This platform contains a range of different breathing exercises to reduce stress, increase productivity, help with sleep and reach blissful, altered states. It’s such a release and has been so helpful over these last few months.
