Align your body + soul with a mindful, restorative meditation practice.

Mindfulness

Don’t know where to start? Start with our signature mindfulness class where we break down that big word, “mindfulness” in accessible ways so you can live a more mindful, conscious life by the time you walk out the door.

Love

For anyone seeking to embody and experience love, this class is for you. Balancing contemplative and visualization techniques, we will dive into feelings of love, compassion, and joy. These classes lead us to feelings of self-love, connection, and open-heartedness.

Breathe

The breath is a powerful tool if we know how to use it properly. Our breathwork classes can energize or calm the body, allowing us to utilize this tool in exactly the way that feels best to you.

Emotions

Learn techniques that allow you to acknowledge and move through tough, overwhelming emotional states so you can leave feeling more peaceful.

Listen

In this class, we experiment with mindful listening techniques, engaging with sound from a place of appreciation so we can learn to be more in touch with our loved ones and the environment around us.

Sleep

This class focuses on relaxing the body and mind so you can get a good night’s sleep. Techniques include yoga nidra and relaxing body scans to promote feelings of calm and peace.

Vibe

In one of our more active classes, you will engage in practices that move energy throughout the body. For anyone feeling stuck, this class is for you. Shake loose of old patterns and start fresh with this new experience.

Calm

For anyone feeling particularly anxious or simply wanting more tools to conquer the stresses of the day, this class is a haven where we learn a wide variety of techniques to de-stress and return to a place of peace.

Gratitude

In this class, we engage in classic contemplative practices that allow us to enter the present moment, learn to appreciate the goodness happening right now, and leave feeling grateful for the most basic elements of our lives.

Men Ascend

A class for men that meets you where you are and stands beside you on your journey to greater fulfillment. During this 1-hour class, experience a mindfulness practice and a conversation led by ex-Marine and super trainer Kevin Fenton.

What to know before class

What do I wear?

There’s no wrong way to arrive to The Study. Certain experiences (soundbaths. breahthwork, and tea ceremonies, for example) require you to remove your shoes, so please come prepared with socks.

Do I need to have any experience?

The Study is for all levels. We will meet you where you are within each class.

Who are the practitioners?

The Study practitioners are leaders in their fields: certified coaches, internationally renowned experts.
