Pass Validity
- One-month passes are valid only within the calendar month selected:
- July Pass: July 1–31
- August Pass: August 1–31
- A two-month pass is valid from July 1–August 31.
- Passes do not roll over beyond their designated dates.
Cancellations and Fees
If you do not cancel within the 24 hour window before class starts, or do not show up for a pre-registered class, you will be charged for the class in full. All unlimited package holders are subject to a $20 no-show fee and a $10 late cancel fee if class cancellation occurs within less than 24 hours.
Purchase Timing
If purchased after the 1st of the month, your pass is valid from the purchase date through the end of that month only (e.g., a July Pass bought on July 10 is valid July 10–31.)
Non-Transferable
Passes may not be shared between guests.
No Extensions or Holds
Passes cannot be frozen, paused, or extended once activated.
Exclusions
- Passes do not include or apply toward:
- Workshops
- Trainings
- Private services
- Promo Codes
- Promotional codes or discounts may not be applied to Summer Pass purchases.
